Transportation Security Administration's job is to make travel safe for Americans in America and on planes leaving the United States. They must check for any chance of terrorist acts and domestic and foreign to American soil. They are our friends, neighbors and relatives, and the first line of defense in finding the bombers at the airport, train rail cars and subways. (TSA.com, 2009)
the First Amendment gives all Americans the right to freedom of speech and religion, regardless of race, color, gender or religious background. The fourth amendment says that there will be no illegal search or seizure of any officers of the courts or government agencies. This means that any officer of any department of the need for a legal search warrant issued by judge or magistrate.
Also, 6 Amendment right to a speedy trial and it was taken also means someone can not be held without due process. As I and many other people feel the history and modern times, which are the rights of American citizens, not the whole world whether or not on American soil. Many of the special interest groups have tried to give these rights for all people of the world and everyone who visits the United States.
I feel it is wrong and it is the main problem we have in doing their job to make America safe. When American citizens do not follow the laws passed by the government, then they lose those rights. We need to get across an understanding for all people of the United States who violate the laws of the city, county, state and federal government means that they can lose those rights in certain moments of time, such as forced running criminal lay on the ground to be handcuffed.
It is considered by most reasonable people, but these same people think it is right to stop someone to ask them to open the bags at the airport. If only they could stop and think about it in a healthy way. It's really just the same thing as a fugitive criminal who needs to be addressed for the safety and rights of all people. Thus, a person who is asking to open his bag was the same for the safety of all people. As a Transportation Security Administration officers and agents have to be nice, but be strong in our affairs. After all it is for the safety of our children and children of angry people who have stopped.
of 2 main complaints that they were racially profiling and violation of freedom of speech. Many groups like the ACLU filed a lawsuit against the Transportation Security Administration and the agencies we use. Looking at racial profiling first, they accused the agency of the Islamic profiling and the ever popular "Driving while black" excuse. If any of these did not cause it would result in violation of a fourth and 6 amendments. Stop searching for someone to be considered a violation of the fourth amendments, but what people need to understand terrorism in the world today, these searches must be looked the same as searching a car suspected drug dealer.
There have been cases of people who have stopped for a shirt on with Islamic writing and dressing in full Islamic dress. (ACLU.com, 2009). To address this we first need to understand people wearing Islamic T-shirt saying certain things is just like a Klan member wearing a shirt with a burning cross on it that will stop, but in the eyes of many people of the Islamic people are profiled, but the Klan did not member.
We are the American people to understand that any negative actions and to be treated the same way regardless of race or ethnicity. It's just like yelling fire in a theater if you threaten or anger the majority of it must be at least stopped and talked. Also, on our part we try to treat everyone the same and give some thought to the words you use when stopping some people, like our body language and tone of voice. There is no way of making everyone feel comfortable with searches at airports and subway stations, but this must be done and it is our job to get it done with the least amount of conflict.
Now as for the freedom of speech as noted earlier negative writing on clothing, signs, buildings, and even the human body must be studied as a potential problem. If we can get the public to understand that speaking at schools, churches and city meeting of May we start to get them to understand why he did it. Many people think that the first amendment lets them say whatever they want, but decided to apply the community standards of speech and images. He wears a shirt that says Down with America must be looked the same as the one with the hang mans rope on it. Both violate the standards of most Americans, and that is that most of the rules.
Finally, if we try a little harder to be more understanding, and getting out in the public schools and talk with groups that they understand our problems and how we deal with them. I agree we had some bad actions taken by several officers and we have to deal with them quickly and sharply.
